How much did you save on your premium and what impact will that have on your agency?

I saved about 15% on my premium. This was a savings I was able to pass along to my clients. With prices in home care rising across the board due to the Affordable Care Act, the elimination of the Companion Exemption, and other cost, this savings has allowed me to keep my prices manageable for the clients we serve.

How will WorkSafe Central, the built-in caregiver safety program, impact your agency?
