The ClearCare HubSpot integration is a two-step process. First, signup your agency and sign the contract addendum. Once you have successfully signed up, you will be prompted to follow the steps to configure your HubSpot and ClearCare accounts in order to share pipeline data between the two systems.

Your agency must have an active subscription to HubSpot Sales or Marketing Hub (Pro or Enterprise)
You must be a HubSpot Super Admin (this level of access is required to perform some of the setup steps)
You must be a ClearCare Super Admin
You must be an authorized signatory for your agency (a contract addendum is required to complete the integration)
