Our founder created ClearCare after his aging grandparent was receiving care 1,500 miles away. Tired of not knowing what was going on in the home, he created the Family Room and gave it away to the agency to eliminate the paper log book. Today, the Family Room provides family members with information on upcoming schedules, the caregiver team, medications, invoices, and even details down to the tasks that were completed during each shift.

Is there any charge to users for the web-based Family Room portal?

ClearCare does not charge for the Family Room. The tool is included in the all-in-one monthly fee. Upselling access to the Family Room for users is at the agency’s discretion.

Can social workers and discharge planners access the Family Room?

Yes! Anyone with the client's permission can access the secure Family Room online. Keep doctors, social workers, family members, and anyone else on the care team informed. 

How many people can access a client's Family Room?

You may create as many uers as you like, but we recommend keeping the list to the 'must know' parties involved in the client's care.

Can I use the Family Room video in my marketing?
