How does the electronic job application work?

Your agency receives a link to post on your website or to use for job postings. Use a tandard set of questions or customize your own questions. The caregiver job application is directly routed to the Caregiver Applicant section of ClearCare to complete the recruiting and hiring process. 

How much does the HR module cost?

The HR module is no additional fee with any ClearCare home care agency software subscription. Additional fees may apply for use of credit card, ACH, and background checks. 

Can I track how many Full-Time Employees and Full-Time Equivalents I have?

Yes - ClearCare's home care management system has a FT and FTE report so you can track if your agency might be required to provide health benefits as part of the Affordable Care Act's Employer Mandate.
